Mr. Toback is a co-organizer/founder of the Asian Judicial Institute (AJI) and has been very active in that organization from 1998- Present.
In 1998 Mr. Toback was appointed General Legal Counsel for the Embassy of Mongolian Embassy in the United States and served in that capacity until July 2003. He also serevd as a Special Advisor to L. Enebish, Speaker of the Parlaiment, Monolia in 2001. Since 2006 he has served as appointed counsel for the Supreme Court of Mongolia for International Affairs. He was also Conference Coordinator of the Mongolian-Kazakhstan Supreme Court Conference in Dallas, Texas during June, 2006. Mr. Toback received a special appointment from the Republic of Mongolia to assist in the drafting of legislation. In December of 2010, the President of Mongolia awarded Mr. Toback the Mongolian Medal of Friendship. The Mongolian Medal of Friendship is the highest award given to non-citizens.
